Power is a dynamic flow class that emphasizes breath-to-movement sequences focused on igniting internal heat, boosting strength, and improving stamina. This isn’t just a physical challenge; it’s a journey integrating intentional movement with mindfulness. Expect a challenging session filled with playfulness, exploration, and inspiration to set your body in swift motion and clear your mind.

While beginners are always welcome, this class is designed to be physically challenging. We recommend this class for those who have a foundation of at least 2-5 hot yoga classes or maintain another movement practice.

Build strength, awareness, and control in this strength-forward class designed to deepen your understanding of how your body moves.

Strong + Slow Flow blends deliberate yoga sequencing with functional movement, longer holds, and intentional repetitions to help you connect strength with stability. You’ll explore how transitions, mobility work, and muscular engagement support alignment and resilience both in and out of traditional yoga postures.

While the pace is measured, the challenge comes from focus and effort—expect to sweat, move with purpose, and discover new layers of strength and balance.

Slow + Mindful is a slower-paced practice rooted in vinyasa, with space to explore how your body moves and responds. We’ll move deliberately, taking time to unpack key postures through functional movement—shifting, refining, and exploring options that support strength, stability, and ease. Expect a grounding pace, thoughtful transitions, and a longer closing sequence that prioritizes stillness, including breathwork and an extended meditation.

A floor-based practice focused on deep tension release through longer holds and deep relaxation

A gentle class that uses gravity to soften and unwind the body’s resistant connective tissues. Every posture will be guided with options to deepen into the stretch or feel supported by props for relaxation.

With a blend of breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy, our Yin class offers a peaceful place to unwind your thoughts and release the tension stored in the layers of connective tissues surrounding your hips, shoulders, and spine.
