Our Flow classes synchronize movement with breath, reflecting the unique creative expression of each teacher. This class offers accessible alignment principles and biomechanics and precise cueing to allow you to modify or advance poses as needed.

 

All flow classes combine elements of building strength, stamina, and flexibility in an accessible way.

Power Flow

A physically demanding class designed to challenge your strength and stamina

 

Power is a dynamic and physically demanding yoga class that emphasizes breath-to-movement flows focused on igniting internal heat, boosting strength, challenging your stamina, and improving flexibility. This isn’t just a physical challenge; it’s a journey integrating intentional movement with mindfulness. Expect a challenging session filled with playfulness, exploration, and inspiration to set your body in swift motion and clear your mind.

 

While beginners are always welcome, we recommend this class for those who have a foundation of at least 2-5 hot yoga classes or those who actively maintain another movement practice.

Flow + Roll

 The Flow class you know & love with some self-myofascial release mixed in

 

These 60 minutes of dynamic movement are interwoven with SMR techniques to help you alleviate tension, hydrate tissues, and build mobility (strength and flexibility combined). SMR enhances recovery and restores neuromuscular connections through the deliberate and mindful use of external tools.

 

These complementary modalities will allow you to explore more nuanced movements and stillness, to expand the breadth of your practice.

Vibe

A class that begins with dynamic fast-paced flows and eases into long holds

 

Vibe begins with energetic, dynamic flows to generate body heat and prepare your muscles for holding poses and exploring challenging posture variations. This class incorporates poses and cues from the Ashtanga Lineage, all woven into creative and dynamic sequences.

 

Expect the music to match the high energy of this class.

 

We recommend this class for those who have a foundation of at least 2-3 hot yoga classes.

 

Class is warmed between 85°F-90°F

Strong + Slow Flow

 A challenging, yet slower-paced experience focused on strengthening your body and building body awareness

 

Strong + Slow Flow combines a slower flow sequence with dynamic strength and stability work to bring you a better understanding of your body. Channel your power, mobility, and concentration with mindful transitions, longer held postures, and functional movements. Modifications are offered for varying levels of strength and flexibility. This class will move you on the mat and you’ll leave feeling strong, grounded, and energized.

 

Strong + Slow Flow is an all-levels class, great for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Yin

A floor-based practice focused on deep tension release through longer holds and deep relaxation

 

A gentle class that uses gravity to soften and unwind the body’s resistant connective tissues. Every posture will be guided with options to deepen into the stretch or feel supported by props for relaxation. With a blend of breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy, our Yin class offers a peaceful place to unwind your thoughts and release the tension stored in the layers of connective tissues surrounding your hips, shoulders, and spine.

 

This class is suitable for all levels.
